The GataGoalie Academy is a training platform that may be used by minors, including children under 13. Verifiable Parental Consent: For users under 13, we obtain verifiable parental consent through the subscription purchase process, which requires a parent or guardian to complete a monetary transaction, confirming adult involvement in account creation.

Users — and parents/guardians of child users — have the right to delete their account and associated data at any time.
How to request account deletion:

By Email: Send a deletion request to joe@gatagoalie.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request."
Upon receiving a verified deletion request, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, unless we are required to retain certain data for legitimate legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes.
Note: Content posted in public community sections (e.g., discussion boards) may remain visible but will be anonymized — your name and identifying information will be removed.
This account deletion option is available both within the App and via our contact email, in accordance with applicable app store user data policies.
7. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. If you delete your account, your personal data will be deleted or anonymized within 30 days. Certain data may be retained longer where required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., records of financial transactions).
