Located just across the street from our home rink, TGH Ice Plex, the Garage is the dedicated space for players’ off-ice training and development. Our facility includes a fully equipped gym, approximately 200 square feet of synthetic ice, and SenseArena Virtual Reality Training.

We offer training sessions for both individuals and groups, with programs tailored to each player’s age, skill level, and schedule. Customized training plans are also available for those looking for a structured approach to their development.

The Garage is more than a facility — it’s where athletes connect with coaches who bring elite expertise in mental performance and physical conditioning.

Strength & Conditioning/Nutrition Coach

Isaiah Winter

Isaiah Winter is an experienced Strength & Conditioning Specialist who has coached athletes at every level — from youth players to Division I programs, and even U.S. military special operations. He holds multiple certifications (CSCS, USAW, NASM) and has designed performance programs across football, baseball, lacrosse, gymnastics, and hockey.

At the Garage, Isaiah leads in-person performance and conditioning programs to help athletes:

Improve speed, agility, and strength
Enhance mobility and injury prevention
Build the physical foundation for on-ice success

His science-driven approach uses proven methods and technology to ensure every workout maximizes results.

Mental Performance Coach

MAtt Dove

Matt Dove is a Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC) with over 15 years of hockey experience and a Master’s in Sport Psychology. He has worked with elite organizations including IMG Academy, the U.S. Army, and the U.S. Air Force, helping athletes and professionals perform at their best under pressure.

At GataGoalie, Matt offers virtual mental skills training focused on:

Building focus and resilience
Maintaining composure after setbacks
Developing habits that translate into high-level performance
